I was laughing too hard, so I’ve botched the quote but someone asked Wylie Dufresne if vegetarians could eat at WD-50 (the theme of the lecture was ‘meat glue’) and he replied, “Of course we accommodate vegetarians [at WD-50]… there are worse mistakes [than being vegetarian.]”
